Why the name is broader than Trump Accounts
Trump Accounts are the first search and product cluster, not the permanent boundary of the brand. The platform is designed to expand to 529 plans, UGMA/UTMA, Custodial Roth IRAs, ABLE accounts, children’s investing, and employer benefits.
Brand status
Child Savings Lab is a neutral working name for this test. A preliminary exact-name search found no obvious federal registration, but that is not a comprehensive trademark clearance. The name may also be considered descriptive or weak for child-savings education. U.S. trademark counsel should review federal, state, common-law, domain, app, and marketplace uses before commercial promotion or a registration filing.
