No filing, account access, or transaction service
The site does not access IRS records, determine whether an auto account exists, claim or activate an account, submit Form 4547, open an account, accept contributions, move money, select investments, or contact an employer or trustee.
Calculator limitations
Eligibility and status outputs are preliminary educational interpretations, not government determinations. Growth outputs are mathematical illustrations based on assumptions and simplified timing. They are not predictions, tax calculations, offers, solicitations, guarantees, or recommendations. Actual returns, fees, taxes, eligibility, contribution timing, and account procedures may differ.
Accuracy, rule changes, and availability
We aim to use authoritative sources, but laws, temporary and proposed regulations, agency guidance, forms, and operational procedures can change. A verification date does not guarantee that every later development has been incorporated. The site may be corrected, changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice.

The final production terms must receive counsel review before stating an operator-specific limitation of liability.
Changes and contact
Material changes should be dated. Before production launch, this page must identify the operating entity, monitored legal contact, governing law, venue, and any dispute terms. Do not send a child’s name, SSN, birth date, address, tax information, or account number to this project.
